US posts $10 million reward over Russian cyber campaign targeting Signal, WhatsApp

The US has offered a $10 million reward related to a Russian cyber campaign. This campaign involved Russia-linked hacking groups, identified as UNC5792 and UNC4221, using social engineering to gain access to the messaging accounts of government officials, including those using Signal and WhatsApp.
