US charges Iranians for sprawling hacking campaign on government agencies, universities

The US Justice Department has accused 17 individuals with alleged ties to the Iranian government of hacking into email accounts of US government agencies and stealing intellectual property from numerous universities. The accused individuals are said to have carried out a large-scale hacking campaign.
