Taiwan to slow mobile data during national resilience drills

Taiwan will be reducing the speed of its 5G and 4G networks to 1 percent of capacity during its annual national resilience drills. This reduction in mobile data speed will affect much of the island. The drills involve both civilian and military participants. The slowdown is a temporary measure and is part of the drills.
