A deterministic scanner has been developed to identify security issues in MCP servers, including command injection and committed secrets. The scanner continuously checks the official MCP registry and makes its findings available online. The scanner's engine is now available as a command-line interface that can be integrated into development processes and pipelines. This allows developers to assess the security of their MCP servers locally before publishing them. The CLI tool can also be used to investigate issues with existing servers.
