Russian Intelligence Hacks IP Cameras to Spy on Military Logistics Across NATO States and Ukraine

A Russian intelligence service is hacking into internet-connected security cameras in Europe and Ukraine to gather information. The cameras are being used to monitor military transport routes and track weapons shipments to Kyiv. The feeds are also being used to locate Ukrainian troops. This information comes from a cybersecurity advisory published by the Netherlands' civilian and military intelligence agencies, the AIVD and MIVD. The advisory was released on July 10, revealing the extent of the hacking operation.
