Russia's Star Blizzard Targets 100+ Organizations With Fake Event Invites to Deliver Backdoor

Russian state hackers, known as Star Blizzard, have been using fake event invitations to deliver a backdoor to Windows computers. The targets are primarily organizations and individuals connected to Ukraine, with over 100 organizations affected since January. Most of the targeted organizations are located in the US and UK. At least one computer has been confirmed to be infected with the backdoor. The attacks are part of a broader campaign by Star Blizzard, as reported by Microsoft.
