Russia's FSB blamed for Poland grid attack as UK and EU impose first joint cyber sanctions

The UK and EU have jointly imposed cyber sanctions, blaming Russia's FSB for a series of cyber attacks. The targeted attacks were aimed at Poland's energy sector and water treatment facilities. The FSB's signals intelligence arm, known as Center 16, is accused of carrying out these acts of attempted cyber sabotage, as well as other malicious cyber activities that have been increasing in severity.
