Researchers discovered that residential proxy services were used on the White House network. Over the course of a month, 28 different residential proxy services utilized 6 distinct addresses. The activity was primarily concentrated between 5 p.m. and midnight Eastern Time. The presence of these proxies on the network has been identified.
