Help TDS Linked to Hotejka as 20,000+ Cloudflare Pages Domains Host Tech Support Scams

A Traffic Distribution System called Help TDS has been linked to a Russian-language affiliate program known as Hotejka. Help TDS is believed to have been active since at least 2017 and provides PHP code templates to its partners and affiliates. These templates are installed on compromised websites to redirect users to other sites. Over 20,000 Cloudflare Pages domains are hosting tech support scams through this system. The Hotejka program appears to be a rebrand of a previous traffic monetization operation called ROI777. Help TDS is used to direct unsuspecting users to these scam sites.
