Hackers steal Lidl customer data from external service provider

Lidl has experienced a data breach where hackers stole customer information from an external service provider. The breach did not affect Lidl's online shopping platform, but rather a separate customer database maintained by a third-party provider. The attackers gained brief access to the file and extracted some of its contents. Notifications were sent to affected customers in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
