EU takes member states to court over unimplemented cybersecurity law

The European Union is taking several member states to court due to their failure to implement a cybersecurity law. Ireland, Spain, France, and the Netherlands are the countries in question, having not transposed the NIS2 Directive for the cybersecurity of critical infrastructure despite being more than 20 months past the deadline.
