Description

OpenObserve is a cloud-native observability platform. Prior to 0.90.3, OpenObserve registers the /config/runtime endpoint without authentication and serializes the complete server configuration after applying the hide_sensitive_fields keyword filter. The filter does not recognize dsn or creds field names, so meta_postgres_dsn, meta_postgres_ro_dsn, meta_ddl_dsn, and usage_reporting_creds can be returned in plaintext to an unauthenticated network client. PostgreSQL deployments can expose database credentials, and the same response can disclose the root administrator email address, internal NATS address, filesystem layout, and other deployment details. This issue is fixed in version 0.90.3.

When a user runs the agent in a crafted repository as an untrusted workspace, sending any message can cause agent modifications to auto-loaded global configuration paths. We recommend you upgrade to Kiro IDE version 1.0.242 or later. Users who ran the agent in an untrusted workspace on an earlier version should also review the global Kiro configuration directory (~/.kiro) for entries they did not create.

CVE-2026-85057
ZITADEL is an open source identity management platform. From 3.0.0 until 3.4.13 and 4.16.1, ZITADEL Actions V1 enables the goja Node-compatible require() registry without restricting its filesystem source loader. An organization Action author with ORG_OWNER, org.action.write, and org.flow.write permissions can run JavaScript at OIDC, SAML, and login-flow trigger points and load files readable by the ZITADEL server process. This can disclose mounted configuration and secrets, including credentials stored through ZITADEL_FIRSTINSTANCE_LOGINCLIENTPATPATH or ZITADEL_FIRSTINSTANCE_MACHINEKEYPATH, and recovered bootstrap credentials can enable escalation from an organization administrator to an instance administrator. The issue affects Actions V1, and host command execution is not established. This issue is fixed in versions 3.4.13 and 4.16.1.

CVE-2026-85056
ZITADEL is an open source identity management platform. From 4.0.0 until 4.16.1, ZITADEL Login V2 creates a browser session after password verification and can reuse that session for a later authentication request without verifying a user's enrolled TOTP, OTP, or U2F second factor. When the MFA step is abandoned and login starts again, session-validity checks require MFA only when the organization enables Force MFA or Force MFA for local users only, so a voluntarily enrolled factor can be skipped while completing an OIDC or SAML callback for a customer application. Login V1, the ZITADEL Console, Management and Admin APIs, and user self-management are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.16.1.

CVE-2026-71540
Wazuh is an open-source security platform providing unified XDR and SIEM protection for endpoints and cloud workloads. From 3.9.0 until 4.14.7, wazuh-clusterd in framework/wazuh/core/cluster/common.py allocates a payload buffer using the size declared in a 20-byte cluster protocol header before Fernet decryption validates the peer. An unauthenticated network peer can declare a payload of up to 256 MiB, stop sending after the header, and retain that allocation until the TCP connection closes. The cluster listener has no application-level per-source connection budget in affected versions, allowing concurrent sockets to multiply memory consumption and potentially terminate the cluster process, disrupt synchronization, and interrupt distributed API forwarding. This issue is fixed in version 4.14.7.

CVE-2026-61816
zbateson/mail-mime-parser is a mail mime parser alternative to PHP's imap* functions and Pear libraries for reading messages in Internet Message Format RFC 822. Starting in version 2.0.0 and prior to version 3.0.6 and 4.0.2, an uncontrolled resource consumption / algorithmic complexity vulnerability (CWE-400) affects any application that parses untrusted email with this library. Three independent parsing paths are super-linear in cost, so a byte-size cap on the caller side does **not** bound the work done. A crafted message under 2 MB can consume seconds of CPU or hundreds of megabytes to multiple gigabytes of memory (leading to an out-of-memory kill), enabling denial of service. The parse is lazy, but the cost is paid on the first `getAllParts()` or content read. This is fxed in 4.0.2 and 3.0.6. The fixes add configurable limits on multipart nesting depth and on header count / total header size (recording a parse error past the threshold rather than throwing), and change sibling append to O(n). Users should upgrade to one of these (or later) versions. Versions 2.x are also affected but are end-of-life and will not receive patches; users on those lines should upgrade to a fixed release. (Versions prior to 2.0 used a different parser and are not affected by all three paths.) These costs are super-linear, so an input byte-size cap alone does not bound them. Until upgrading, restrict exposure of the parser to untrusted input, and run parsing under a constrained memory_limit and execution time limit so a malicious message fails its own request rather than exhausting the host.
